Conceptual policy for the stock of the Anabaptist Heritage Foundation
The purpose of the foundation is
the creation of an archive, research and documentation center in which all available elements of the Anabaptist-Mennonite history,
- historical, social or political events, demography,
- economy, science and technology,
- literature, folk culture, visual arts, photography and music
are being kept, classified and made accessible to the public and researchers in the form of exhibitions, loans, meetings, lectures or other historical and cultural events.
The Anabaptist Heritage Foundation builds up its collections based on the above and focuses mainly on the territory of the canton of Berne.
